Diflucan can help a lot for some people. The liver issue is real, and you need to be very careful of it. Diflucan did NOT help me - it just knocked my liver over after the first couple of doses and I have been struggling with liver issues ever since. And, you need a good functioning liver in order to get rid of the fungus overgrowth, or you can end up going around in toxic circles if your liver weakens. I would say, read as much as you can about it. There are many different approaches to take. The one consisntent thing with all of them tho is this: There are no quick fixes, even with diflucan. One must follow the candida diet, and usually they need to change their diet for the rest of their lives, or the stuff will return.
