I assume that you expect the gov't. to provide us with evidence that there was no conspiracy. They always do try their darndest, but when you have 300 million people hanging around that know the massacre happened and are aware of the gov't.'s tendency to employ covert schemes and mislead the people because the gov't. has it's own agenda (a different objective/goal), cover-ups become "not so easy" and telltale signs will exist, but the danger of being EXPLICIT and providing EVIDENCE that there is not a Conspiracy involved is that, in doing so, you REVEAL that the possibility of a Conspiracy is VALID.
So, don't think that they "failed" to provide evidence that no Conspiracy exists, the "failure" to provide evidence is DELIBERATE.
