"What reason could you have for objecting to the possibility that there could have been a conspiracy?"
Essentially because there has been no evidence produced that would suggest even a remote possibility of one. This guy was suffering from mental and social problems from the time he was a child. One former alumnus immediately thought of this guy when he heard that a student had shot a bunch of people on campus. Some students were refusing to come to class unless this guy was removed. He was accused of "stalking" two women. He was scaring teachers because of the violent, demented stuff he was writing. No evidence has been produced that there was a second gunman, or that he was a patsy for the zionists, or in the marines, or that he was a "mind controlled assasin". Why was there a gap between the two shootings? We may never know. He may have decided to hold off mailing the stuff until after he had shot several people just to make sure he could actually go through with it. Who knows. Why did the cops initially go on a wild goose chase? Well , these guys are just average working stiffs making 35k a year, not high priced detectives solving every case like is shown on T.V. The government is extremely incompetent, but that doesn't mean that they were involved.
