After spending 1 year eating no White Sugar , white flour and hydrogenated oil (and cheese) I feel 100% better. Add to that the soy lecithin granuals (those cleaned my liver out like draino in a clogged sink) and you have a much healthier liver overall. I take 1 tsp of lecithin granuals at a time chaced with water and if you are ina bad place take them twice a day til things improve then drop to once a day. If you visit Shelley's website you will see TONS of info on liver health and cleansing that can take place without flushing. If you follw what Sheelley says to do as closely as possible you will regain your health. At least I did anyway. I eat pretty healthy now and there are a few rules I never break like no hydrogenated oils and no deep fried foods. I know that peppermint tea and olive oil in my diet have improved my liver health a lot also. Please visit Shelley's website and do as much reading as you have time to do. The other thing that helped me to regain my health, hands down, was a daily fast walk. I walked every day for almost a year and I dropped 70 lbs and regained so much stamina!
