Man, you're killin me!!! I AM making hawaiian pizza mañana, with feta cheese! Just because I can't eat it don't mean I can't DIG it!!!

Between NY and Chicago, you literally have pizza in your blood.

I like to dissolve 1 T. blackstrap in a cup of hot water and drink before working out for an extra lift while fasting. Amazing stuff!

An alternate usage:

Raisin Pumpernickel

1-1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. molasses
1 T. yeast
1 T. coffee granules
1 T. Sea Salt
2 c. rye flour
1-1/2 T. cocoa powder
2 c. ww flour
2 c. unbleached flour
2 T. oil
1 c. raisins
cornmeal

Dissolve molasses in warm water, stir in yeast. Let stand 10 min. Stir in coffee, salt and rye. Sprinkle in cocoa and stir well. Add ww flour and a cup of unbleached and beat well with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms.

Turn onto a floured surface and knead in remaining flour until you have a smooth elastic ball (rye will make the dough sticky even when you're done)

Pour oil in a bowl, coat the ball well. Cover and let rise 3-4 hours, til triple.

Lightly flour work surface and turn out dough. Flatten into a large rectangle and sprinkle with raisins. Roll up the dough and knead to distribute the raisins (letting the dough rest a few min makes it easier to knead). Return to bowl and let rise til double.

Sprinkle a large baking sheet with cornmeal. Form three small round loaves and let rise til double. Preheat oven to 400.

Beat egg white with 1 T. cold water and brush loaves before baking on a middle rack 35-45 minutes until dark brown. Cool completely before cutting.

This stuff makes killer French toast! Among other things.
