The best pizza we have on the island is either $30 a pie or costco...
both about the same on the pizza scale...about a 2.5.

We make both thin and thick crust...and experiment constantly.

I mentioned my friend sending me 50 pounds of 00 semolina
Italian pizza flour...I have been going nuts making breads,too.

I don't eat a ton of flour so I give most of it away.

But , the pizza stays home!!!!! I use soy cheese.
I'm perfectly contect with a good soy cheese...with the right ingredients,
as with most foods, it's not missed ...

Make my own Ahi(tuna) sausage... absolutely primo!
