It was plainly clear to me as I researched Weigert's formulation on the 'net that it was SOMETIMES different that Lugol's...maybe it always was ORIGINALLY.

But the MSDS and ratio from Ricca Chemicals is CLEARLY Lugol's Solution...to me, and to most everyone else that saw it.

Maybe they've changed or altered things over the years? or once solid definitions have been degraded/expanded or fallen into disregard by the unknowledgeable?

Would you PLEASE look over the information I have provided and verify that is or is not true Lugol's? This effects the price/expense that MANY people on this board have to pay! Spending over $50 for a mere 16 ounces when they could get twice or three times the amount from Clarkson/Ricca.
