I agree with Soul Survivor. I have a narcissitic family of origin (both parents and a few siblings) and an narcissitic ex husband. I don't feel that his yelling at his daughter in this manner is necessariily narcissitic. If we had any of our fights with our children telegraphed to the world not many of us we come off looking good. I wonder about the person who leaked this message to the public and is the person exposing their daughter to this scrutiny. It's one thing for her father to call her a pig in a private phone message, which isn't very nice, but I think releasing the message to the world seems manipulative. I wonder about Kim Basinger's role in this. I think it was very wrong of her. And now we see this little girl on the news every day with her mother and a bodyguard. Give me a break, what message does this send to that child about her father? I would be more interested in finding out about the mother's mental health. Tweet
