Wow!! First thing, forgive yourself and your brother. Then if might be wise to juice fast for a few days. Smoking + meat + beer are so damaging to the body!! You might want to do a heavy metal cleanse too (from the BBQ). Make sure to drink lots of water!

If you break down only when around your brothers, it would probably be iny our best interest to avoid going there. You can still see him... but maybe at your house instead. :) Tweet
