all this talk has me thinkin about the cold sore i got this weekend.
im not sure if i ever had a cold sore in my life, maybe once when i was a kid.

i have been oil pulling mainly with coconut oil for a few months and its been 4-5 days that i switched to sesame and used it for a few days in a row.

does anyone think it might be related? or i just got a cold sore after this wicked cold i had.
