Hi! I would definitely not shave. You may have fine blonde hair now, but you never know once you shave that your hair will grow back thicker. What I suggest you do is just shave a tiny area and wait a few days for the hair to grow back and see what the texture of it is like. Then you can decide at that time if you should shave or not.
