Re: iodine and acne?

yeah i am lizard like right now too. i have been struggling with dry skin for the past two years (one of my symptoms) and it seemed to be getting better last week and now it is really bad again this week...worse than it has been in awhile. i think part of it is my soap. i use all natural handmade soap but it still dries me out. i will have to try that miracle ii stuff you told me about and see how it goes.

but i have definitely noticed an increase in breakouts. yuk...
