Re: iodine and acne?

Increasing your zinc might help. I'm having horrible Iodine Acne from going to higher levels. I finally bought a zinc talley taste test and couldn't ever taste the zinc. I started on zinc tabs and now can taste some but am still not where I want to be.

So...my Acne with Iodine has not disappeared but it's really reduced and heals far faster. I can live with it.
But the up side is my skins looks really nice overall. Very luminious and soft.

I also found that putting a little ground asprin in water on the Acne cyst helps speed up getting rid of it.
