I got my iodine pimples to go away

If I took a drop of Lugol's or even put one on my skin, within 36 hours my forehead would break out all over in itchy red bumps without heads, and I'd have swollen red bumps on the back of my neck at the hairline as well.

I tried all the recommendations here, lots of salt water, vitamin C, zinc, etc., and none of those worked for me. I thought NAC was working for a while, but it stopped very quickly.

I recently found something which has worked perfectly for me for over a week, and I have gradually increased my Lugol's intake up to 4 drops per day, so it must really be working.

I mix 1/8 tsp Sea Salt and 1/8 tsp potassium chloride in about 1/4 cup of water and rub the solution on my forehead and back of my neck throughout the day. The headless red pimples that were still there from my previous attempt to use Iodine went away quickly, and none have resurfaced even as I have increased my Iodine intake.
