Archus re: Fifth week of Iodine - Knee joint pain

Walking is GREAT exercise. If you can't make the time to do that or if it's
inconvenient (if you live in an urban area, for instance) then joint a gym
and use an EFX, a StairMaster or a treadmill, or all 3. I was working out
when this occurred, so I can't ascribe it to lack of exercise, in my case.
I don't get out to walk as often as I used to, unfortunately--I now work
a 6 hr. day w/ a 1/2 hr. lunch instead of an hr. lunch, so I could get to
the gym earlier, ironically; I used to walk on my lunch hour for years
before that. But you too take good care and I hope you get relief. Are you
sure it's in the bone or cartilage and not water on the knee, as in my case?
is there visible swelling and a "tight" feeling?
