OK, Archus, and don't forget your vitamin C! I take mine in a powder
form as it's a bit more absorbable. I put 1/2 tsp of it (which is 1500 mg)
in water with 1/4 tsp salt, and put the other 1/2 tsp, to equal a recommended
total of 3,000 mg. daily, in a fruit smoothie which is my breakfast. I make
sure the C is imbibed far enough away from the Iodine so that it doesn't
interfere--an hour or more.
