Hey there--
So, I was Oping everyday, sometimes twice for two or three weeks and then my schedule got changed and now I OP every other day and sometimes do a marathon pull on the weekends. I didn't notice any freaky symptoms of pulling with cocount (and I have HSV-2, haven't had any breakouts...but then, I think my particular strand of virus is pretty latent....)

also-- I would add one capsule of Oregano oil to two tablespoons of VCO and sip and pull, spit, and repeat. didn't notice anything freaky with that, and I probably did that 2-4 times total.

Kind of fallen off the OP wagon as far as every day, but for me the biggest difference I could see was that brushing with soap made my teeth feel SO much cleaner, and I do that 1-3 times a day. I have noticed a reduction in morning breath though that could be a cleaning up of the diet as well. I don't have the dragon breath emanating from me, but I can feel a localized "funk" taste wise in my teeth when I wake up....so perhaps that will go away over time as well.

I DID end up stopping pulling with VCO because after awhile the taste got to me-- it tasted good initially, I'd put a cold glop in my mouth and pull, but now-- I just like using it on my skin. Perhaps it went rancid or something and my body's telling me no-- though it still smells fine.

I'm going to get some tropical traditions EVCO and try with that.

it all depends, but I just wanted to point out that pulling with CO and occasionally adding Oregano Oil doesn't necessarily mean you're going to be struck down with mad detox (and I wouldn't consider myself a particularly "healthy" person diet and exercise prior to joining curezone.)
