L-LYSINE cleared up my bumps and breakout within 3 days!!!

day 1 - 1,000mg in the morning
night 1 - 1,000mg

and i did the same for day 2 and 3.

i will take 1,000mg for maintenence...i cant believe how this has helped, and l-lysine has gave me the most vivid of dreams! its amazing.

i will definately stick with this, and maybe take olive leaf for maintenence also.

i will go back to oil pulling soon
