Re: To Uny: Electrodine versus Iodoral
Hi,
I too recall something on here about the left knee relating to kidney health
(or lack thereof). I thought it had been Grz, but he said it wasn't him.
It could have been InfiniteLove, too, can't be sure. Anyway, I took notice
of it, as I have had issues in the past with my kidneys. I had a really bad
infection in 1984 which took years to get over, in that I had what the
TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) people refer to as "low kidney energy"
following it. That may have been the beginning of my thyroid really going
hypo, worse than ever in the past. So when I'm supplementing w/
Iodine and
flushing toxins out, if I had issues in the past w/ my kidneys (it could
only be the one kidney, who can really tell) and the left knee is
connected somehow w/ kidneys, it all falls into place. I'm taking MH's
kidney cleanse now and when
Watermelon comes into season this summer I'm
going to be doing a short
Watermelon fast (as part of the 30-day juice
fast I am planning for the month of July).
Watermelon juice is good for
kidney-focused fasts. I've used watermelon before for fasting and really
loved it. I keep drinking the salt water but there is a limit as to how
much of it I can drink (or even have time to drink), given that I also
consume a smoothie and eat solid food later in the day, plus work, take
a bus home and walk (some days) and can't be close to a bathroom
all the time :-)
