Hey the Lancet has all the answer, so when you have a little gallbladder pain do what they say, shell out 14 to 20 grand to have it removed! Then when you get depressed over a lifetime of chronic diarhea do as the Lancet says , get a lobotomy!

I had my gallbaldder removed 25 years ago and did have diarhea believing those who said it was because of the operation.
Five years ago I removed milk from my diet and NO MORE DIARHEA!

I now drink some but not like before, with no prolbems. So no gallbladder does not result in diarhea every time. Also my diarhea was NOT CHRONIC and I was not depressed!
