Re: legitimacy of liver flush highly doubtful

So you're basing your agrument on what you have read and haven't tried? Even seen the pictures? I can tell you first hand most people aren't going to pass these stones doing a colon cleanse. My first fluch produces a ton of sand "chaff" and some stones. Over the next couple days I lost that numbness feeling in my fingers and hands and knew/felt that I could touch my cat again without breaking out in a rash. Thats exactly what happened. Now I'm back feeling the old way again after falling off the health wagon over the past 2 years so now I'm back in it and will be flushing on and off over the next year or so.

How long have you been reading these forums/researching the liver flush?
