Your right, however the stones come from the liver as they are bile. They are liquid when released from the liver(due to oil ingestion) and they form stones once in the intestinal environment.

What you've said is old news however(using the lancet example) and will be met with a sigh and a cry of, "oh not that again." Can't really blame them. If it improves their symptoms- which I don't doubt actually happens- of course they've gonna carry on.

It's not as if there are any alternatives.
