I have been taking this green zeolite internally (a couple of pinches a day in water) since writing those messages and have not had any unhappy consequences. I can't say if it works as well as the other products that were discussed, only that it is much cheaper. I only drink the part of the clay powder that stays suspended in the liquid, not the grit that falls to the bottom.
Since I don't have Crohn's disease, I can't say whether this clay will help with that condition. My approach has always been to try anything that might help, but I imagine that approach is not for everyone. I'm also totally skeptical about marketing/advertising claims, but if someone here at Curezone says a treatment helps them and it's not ridiculously expensive, I'll usually give it a try, as long as they're not selling it.
