Looks like the same study which appeared on the blog page. The blog claimed that the person announcing the study is a distributor of the product. That could be why the discussion of the study sounds like an informercial for the product. There is also a conflict of interest which calls into question the trustworthiness of the eventual results. The results of the study might even turn out to be perfectly honest and unbiased, but still cannot be trusted if a product distributor is involved in organizing the study.
MLM has a way of compromising values, and the people who insist it does not compromise values have already been compromised.
