Questions from Newbie

I'm about to make CS, using DC transformer, 2 silver wires and bubbler with ceramic stone, plus water from my distiller, in an 8 oz mason jar. I'm understanding by this method the results would be 10.2 to 25.7 nanometers in size and about 5 PPM, according to the article on the net. How long does it take to make a batch? How much does a person drink per day? And should the CS I am to take, be taken straight up or added to anything else... does it matter at all? With many thanks for sharing your thoughts, Blue
