Thank you for the prompt and undefensive response. What you say makes sense. Perhaps I am in better heath than I even know. I hope so. Still I have had a lack of energy lately as well as brain fog, dark circles, aches and pains and yada yada yada. Maybe it's like you said and I will see results after only doing OP for a longer period of time. I will stick with it and thank you for your support.
