Re: Balancing female hormones....
Hello, I can very much relate to your female problems! Ever since my mid-teens I've had problems with my periods. PMS, migraines, heavy, irregular periods, extreme fatigue, and nothing seemed to help. My baby is 10 weeks old now, and I've been lightly bleeding the whole time since he was born... and two periods in between!
Several weeks ago I stumbled upon CureZone. Wow... I can't read enough. I've been visiting many different forums, learning new things constantly. I print out pages of things I want to remember! Any way... some of the things that have helped me already are: liver and
parasite cleansing, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar, raw honey and cinnamon.
A toxic liver can really affect menstration, cleansing can do wonders for your body! I suggest that you read up on the liver forum, the
parasite forum, and the Humaworm forum, too.
I have been taking Braggs apple cider vinegar for almost three weeks now. It's a good source of potassium and other nutrients. I have felt a wonderful energy boost when I take it. One of the primary reasons that I started taking it was because I read that it will help balance women's hormones. Well guess what? My eternal period stopped yesterday!
Weee! I'm really excited, and I'm going to keep learning new things here. I'm convinced that health comes with information and knowledge, then living a healthy lifestyle and eating healthy food.
I wish you the best of luck, I know female issues can be conquered!
