When someone gets so motivated to take enough responsibilty for their own energy health care and then feels amazing afterwards .. that is not news worthy?

The R/N is rightfully deserved, you only have to read her previous posts to see how she has used determination, courage and strength to help herself. Now, in my books, someone like that is worth reporting on.

I like to honour and congratulate those that take action and do what they can to turn their ill health around, which is exactly what she's doing. She's inspiring.

Finding and encouraging the positive in others is a two way healing.
