It gives me great pleasure when I hear of someone using techniques to empower themselves. I must congratulate you on jumping straight in and doing the work.

I've got a set of 14 tuning forks that have been tuned up to the frequency of each main meridian. I use those to run through each of my merians now and again - I only need to tap them and place them at the start points of each meridian .. and I feel a whoosh of energy and after that a total calmness. It takes a little longer with the hands, but this is useful for my practise if I need to tune others quickly. The effect hold for a different time with each person, but regular re-tuning is excellent for energy and health.

Right from the beginning of our conversations here, I have sensed that you were lead here to learn how to heal yourself and then how to help others to heal. You may eventually find that you feel there is a calling for you to do this type of work with others.

We all have the capacity to self heal and help others heal. But some have more leaning that way, and I feel you are one who can develop at higher speed than most.
