It's not uncommon for parts to start vibrating or fluttering ... just allow it without getting worried. It can take some time for the body to adjust to new frequencies where there have been blockages in the past.

Trust the universe to hold and support you while you go through the transition.

I spent around 4 hours this morning reviewing Bruce Liptons "Biology of Belief" - very fascinating - where spirituality meets science.

Bruce Lipton explains that around 95% of our experiences in life are all about perception ... that 95% of the time we are running in subconscious mode .. creating all that we experience.

If you could shift your perspective into seeing whatever happens in your sessions as positive .. even if nothing seemingly happens, you will be rewarded with a positive experience. The opposite happens when we see things negatively and worry over each detail. I know this is difficult to do when life is busy and we don't always have the time to work with Buddha mindfulness ... but if you can sit down quitly once in a while and just listen to your own back chat, you may understand what types of thoughts are holding you back.
