You are witnessing what Wilhelm Reich called "atmospheric orgone"
What you see actually exists.
you are seeing it because it is in your visual field.
You need to go to amazon.com and buy a book by Wilhelm Reich, one of earlier ones he wrote. ..... "the cancer biopathy" , or "cosmic super-imposition" , etc etc.

He will describe for you exactly what you are describing, and tell you what it is, and how he measures it.

He later learned to concentrate it in a "orgone accumulator" device.

He was jailed by the U.S. gov't for curing cancer without the drug companies consent. He died in his prison cell, either naturally, or was murdered. When you are in a prison cell and end up dead, it is very hard to know what killed you, since your captors have complete control of your body.
