I was not going to touch Viagara unless absolutely necessary, but you have a point. I should try it. If I operate fine with it, that tells me something. What tests did you run to determine the L-arginine defeciency? If I understand right, you have times when a lot of pre ejac fluid comes out but you don't lost your erection, although you have a hard time achieving orgasm.

Maybe our problems are similar. For you, the high volume of pre ejac fluid released still effects you. Maybe your body thinks you came 2-3 times already....so....you struggle to come the first time just as a 'normal' guy who actually came 3 times, struggles to come a 4th time, for example.

I've only come a few times in a woman. A bj is better but still tough. I usually have to 'help' the situation. But, like I said, my sexual energy remains very high and I tend to go all night, but I just can't provide that solid intercourse experience. I get hard, then soft after a short time, repeat process over and over. I'm thinking this is a prostate situation. How are you doing with the L arginine?
