Hello - In my opinion, you were having a severe bout of die-off. It is actually a healing sign. The body's way of removing harmful things quickly is through vomiting and diarrhea - as in food poisoning. Your cleansing removed harmful things and your body wanted to get rid of them.

When dead parasites and toxins are being removed from the body - they accumulate in the colon - if this literal "toxic mess" is not removed quickly from the colon - it can make a person VERY ILL. Once a bowel movement is achieved - the toxins are gone and a person will feel better.

This is why it is so very important to keep the body hydrated and keep the bowels working properly during a parasite cleanse. If you don't have a regular bowel movement - you can always take a plain enema to quickly flush out the colon before the built-up toxins have the chance to make you sick again.
