If we are to become very strict about what defines an alergy or a food intolerance or food toxicity we have to differentiate between the pertaining definitions. In this thread I talk about intolerence that specifically relates to LGS.

Also, it takes time before your allergies/intolerances begin to dissapate after the healing/rebuilding process is complete. Colostrum is one supplement that helps to regulate your immune system thereby increasing the speed at which you can recover from these type of health related problems. Colostrum is not the answer to everything, but it certainly is a godsend for LGS and autoimmune related disorders.
