Thanks for the input.
Some antifungals are anti-microbial which means that they kill off even the friendly bacterias in your stomach and if you would be taking ten days of for example olive leaf extract without refilling with probiotics there would be absolutely no good bacterias left in your GI tract to work the nutrients and that would really help yeast to profilate, that's why it's important to keep refilling with probiotics cause it's an ongoing battle all the time in there (when the LGS has healed of course).
GSE and Oreg. oil isn't so anti-microbial as some think it to be, as pointed out in the North's "yoghurt-test" on the recommended section, Jhan elaborated on this too.
