cayenne is amazing. even just the stuff at the grocer is good. i dont know if that scale is scoville. it simply says HU(heat units) on the label. i get mine at the health food store. you can get a capsule machine, right? get some "00" vegcaps and fill them with cayenne, the hottest you can find. really, take as much as you can stand. start out slow and work your way up. you do build a tolerence to it.
