Thank you! Ive been taking 2 tsps a day, but after reading all the great information on here about recommendations for higher kelp, Ive been thinking about upping it (in the most cost effective way).
My kelp comes from somewhere in Norway, its unbranded and comes in sacks, so its cheaper than all the other kelp Ive seen in the UK. The other thing Ive always thought about is that the taste has never, ever bothered me. I eat it right off the spoon. I wonder if this is significant somehow (though I retch at nori flakes...)
