Re: Does oil pulling help with mental disorders?

Hi blue:

I don't think anyone has posted on disorders such as this. We have received many comments on how OP seems to calm the nerves, and I can personally attest to that. I'm much less anxiety ridden in the mornings than I used to be..and I used to be over the top in that department.

I'm trying to remember what it was like to have a 6-year old. Would it be difficult to teach this? I don't think anymore difficult than teaching them to brush their teeth. Maybe you should give it a shot and see how it goes. And should she swallow some, it certainly will not hurt her. Try coconut oil because that taste would be very plesant. And give her very little to start. Even if she swallow the coconut oil, that in itself would be very beneficial for her. They say that we are all so deficit in essential fatty acids and good fats, that you might look into oils in general for her.

By the way, if you are still using flouride toothpastes...stop now. And if you are drinking tap water, also stop. There's so much about flouride on the internet, it's amazing they are still putting this in toothpaste and poisioning our water supply.

Thank you for coming to our group. Welcome.

Molly
