Re: Let's get oiled (beyond soap)

Here is a shampoo White Tiger posted a while ago that I am going to try:

I can't get all of the herbs locally (at least so far that I've found), so am going to order online. There is something else I'm putting together, so I'm waiting to get everything at once for shipping purpose, instead of one/two at a time. But I have been using the castile soap (Dr. Bonners) on hair and body for some time now, for hair I dilute ACV with water and spray on to soften after washing hair (read that somewhere else on cz). I wonder if adding herbs to the castile soap would change the harsh alkalis structure?

Will try the "nut/seed" scrub, sounds interesting. Somewhere else on cz I read using Epson Salt for scrub as well.

I've been using Jojoba oil to wash my face and as a moisterizer since last Dec and am liking it. It takes the place of about 4 different expensive products! Have been reading good things about the almond oil for face and want to experiement with that also.

Thanks for the info!
