Re: Let's get oiled (beyond soap)

Wow, great post Wombat! Thank you for all the information.

I do have a question that you might be able to assist with. I purchased castille soap last year and used it for my body soap, had no problems (that I remember) and am finishing my body wash very soon. My question is: is castille soap good for body and hair? I bought it from a store going out of business 2 hours from me (was out on a day and a half trip with Son), she had told me then it was better than 'detergent' soaps. Well, before then I had not used bar soaps, always used body washes. Now that I am working on becoming more natural, I am wondering if castille soap is? I can't remember her 'sell'.

I use olive oil for my moisturizer, after bathing or showering. I use apricot oil with vitamin E (to prevent rancidness) for face...and have added drops of frankincense. I was given a compliment today that my face was glowing :-). LOL I guess wearing oil, and pulling, and everything else is working!!!

Have an inspired evening!

Love, Light and Peace,
Beth
