Re: first time flusher

Sorry about that I lost my text. I am not familiar with Moritz's technique, but I have done 7 Liver Flushes using Dr. Clark's protocol. I passed over 1000 stones (including the very small ones) on my first flush. Over 800 on the second. I have been passing fewer stones (200-300) on the subsequent flushes, but more of them have been larger, up to an inch in diameter. No pain. Minor nausea a couple times. I also prepared for the Liver Flush by doing the kidney and parasite cleanses first, and have continued on the parasite maintenance program. One thing that appears to be different with Dr. Clark's method is that you don't eat or drink anything not even water after 2:00 p.m. the day you start the flush. I do get dehydrated, but pass stones successfully. My goal is to get rid of multiple allergies, so I intend to keep flushing every two weeks until I no longer pass stones.
