Re: first time flusher

Hi Larry. I got about 60 stones on my first flush last month and have done two since with about 60 on second and 150 on the third. I think everyone is different. I will be flushing again soon, last was last weekend and will go again in a week or so. No pain and no nausea on my part. Some parts are definitely yucky... I just tell my self to be strong and do what I have to do and drink lots and lots of water as process is very dehydrating. Good luck
