Re: panic attack after stimulation please help..

Just try to remember how many times you worried about something that turned out OK in the end!

I mean - if it turns out OK, you worried for nothing; on the other hand, if it's turning into hell, and you've done your best, then agian there is nothing to worry about, as there was nothing you could do!

Sometimes, a trouble comes to make our lives a little harder in some way which helps us become smarter, better, stronger; that's something you have to count with. In a wonderful film "Himalaya", their lives depend on transport of salt over treacherous mountains with help of their Yaks. One falls into a lake, they loose two big bags of that salt and their leader says calmly "Devils took that one".

Take a break from worrying and learn to count your blessings. Can you see? Can you type? Can you walk, talk, listen to music or at least do some of these things? Do you have food on the table? Can you afford your favorite food? You have where to sleap? Do you make some money?

If you answer "yes" to most of the above then you fit into the lucky 5% of the world population. If OTOH, you didn't have your health, where to sleap and what to eat, then I could understand your worrying... but even then worrying would be useless.

One famous actor said that if he lost everything he had, including money and work, he'd go to Venice beach and live like those other bums - on the beach. Except, he said - "I'd pick the biggest and strongest cardboard box to live in!". :-)
