I usually use a bunch of raw eggs, raw goat milk, some bananas/berries, now I have been throwing in some cayenne and tumeric. This becomes my breakfast and lunch. So I am open to suggestions! Oh, and I have been putting some psyllium in, too.
Hope you all are well and happy pulling. My OP is going really well, by the way. I am back up to 20 minutes each morning w/ safflower and some oregano. I think Lynne commented on the "facial" effect. My skin has gotten really clear and my eyes and teeth are so white. (I had slacked off over the holidays and could really tell.)
