Hey Trapper and others,

How much kelp would you add? I am thinking of getting some and am trying to figure out how much to order. BTW, Mountainroseherbs.com has great prices on oils. $28 for a whole lotta VCO action -- a whole gallon.

Anyway, I thought I would add kelp, cayenne and turmeric to my midday lunch smoothie.
