I am in the throes of adult acne...arrrggghhh....it goes round and round...some days great skin....other days i don't want to go out of the house!

Having adjusted my diet for years now...so i'm completely satisfied that diet is not the factor. I am now vegan...and loving it! The energy i have after giving up dairy is miraculous and strangely...giving up dairy my nails are growing fast and strong, unlike before i could bend them and they would split easily.

I have done many different bowel cleanses...but have never done a liver cleanse. I think now is the right time to sort my liver out as that is the only cleanse i know to be import pertaining to acne.

If you or anyone reading this has any 'need to know' tips on Liver Cleansing i would be grateful for the knowledge! I will do a Bowel Cleanse before initiating the liver protocol...i was wondering if doing the 3 day apple juice fast with daily enemas will suffice?
