Liver Flush Cured My "Adult Acne"!

I invite you to read my posts on this forum about liver cleansing, enemas and colonics.

I am happy to report a series of Liver Flushes cured my years of "adult acne"/rosacea. It took about 5-6 flushes at two week intervals before I passed the mother lode--about 30-40 beautiful jade green stones the size of small prunes! As of that flush I have never had another breakout, a monthly event for many years!

I did a lot of heavy duty colon cleansing (I was truly full of s&$%!). It took me four years of serious herbal cleanses, juice fasting and professional colonics but I attained my goal and turned 50 with a clean pink colon!

However, my skin continued to break out. It wasn't until I flushed my liver clean that I got what looks to be permanent results! It's been over a year and no breakouts!!! I do annual maintenance flushes, which are a breeze once you get the technique down, and my skin is truly miraculous.

You can definitely use an enema to cleanse your colon after a flush. However, if you are just getting started on inner body cleansing, DO look into a series of professional colonics! SO far from someone "watching you poo", a professional colonic with state of the art equipment is a wonderful experience, and I could never have attained my cleansing goals without them. Shop for a GOOD colonic technician with lots of experience and excellent equipment (the "poop" goes through a clear tube and straight down the pipes--you can actually see what was in you which is amazing at times). A good tech can tell you a lot about the condition of your intestines. They should do colonic massage during the process. Ask about the procedures they use before signing up. If you don't like them for any reason, move on! It is well worth finding a real pro.

Anyhow... just dropped in this forum to tell everyone the flushes are still #1 in my book for skin problems! I am a poster child!

Best to all,
Somer
