And, I was reading your reply again. All over the road. I think you mean confused? yes, because Ive tried everything under the sun, and all the changes Ive made have worked "just enough" for me to get by and gradually heal. I wish I could be like some of you and find the miracle cure. Ive done 22 liver flushes, colon cleanses... Ive completely given up Sugar now, have no desire for it, cut my grain consumption by about 70%, eat alot more raw foods, fast...and the list goes on. Just cant figure out why I do not get the results others get. Must be the rod.
