Re: Dong the MC while taking Humaworm
It sounds like you are making great strides in
achieving a well-body.
You would laugh at my list of things I have to
do that I wrote up as coping skills. Initially I
actually marked them off until I had made it a
habit to do most of them. It may take me days
to get the list gone through once but in the cycling
and reinforcing, I have *changed*~!
The goal, ultimately, is to incorporate these
practices into your lifestyle so it does not
even feel like you are doing something out of
the ordinary. I think other people think I am
doing something out of the ordinary, like oil-
pulling, but it makes me feel good and it helps
so much with detoxing that I am glad to have these
options of preventative self-applied health
treatments. Also give yourself time. Say, over
the course of 3-5 years your level of health
and management of it will have shifted so much
that it will become second-hand in nature. This
is my goal, since I know that, for example, giving
up soda...I was a big coffee drinker, then soda
in the afternoon for a little umph, and then
5 oclock, was beer time~! HA~~ggg I may have a
soda perhaps once a year and it is not from an
aluminum can and usually is a Sasparilla soda
from the health food store or a China Cola.
I broke myself of soda using water. Water has
now become my first choice in fighting thirst.
What changed my mind I think about body maintenance
was seeing how my body was working under a dark
field study. I could see how I had war going on
in my body, real battles against
parasites and
yeast and it affected me that I realized I wanted
to give my body and its army of cells a better
life. I felt like I had let myself down by
making choices that served my inner child and
the Pinocchio part of me which said, live today,
sleep tomorrow~~! Heee-hee...the payback though
is feeling better than I ever have in my adult
life. I grew up around a kitchen table with
women smoking cigarettes, drinking coffee, and
in the evenings, beer or whiskey. We kids were
more than willing to serve as bartenders too.
We smoked the butts they left in the ashtrays
and dreamt of growing up and being cool...
Well, it didnt work out like that. HA~! Now, I
invite my guests for a carrot juice and we
admire wheatgrass crops and discuss where we
are at in our cleansing goals, and what kind
of peppers to grow in the garden etc. etc.
The world is shifting now and so there will
be more people either allowing themselves
to let life happen, or people like us who
change the oil in our bodies and who flush,
brush, swish and fast!
Work to find your balance and what will work
for you to keep going. For me, it is enabling
myself to do right rather than enabling myself
to do wrong. I do not buy beer and ice cream
regularly anymore. I make a concerted effort
to burn more calories and keep my metabolism
purring along.
Most of all, want to improve and you will
not fail yourself. Become your own BEST
friend and own your achievements as well
as your choices. Day by day, you will keep
moving forward to life-long success and
empowerment.
Keep your eyes on the prize~~great health~!
blessings,
Zoe
