I really appreciate you and Pepe sharing your hard earned experiences, and I will take your advice on it.  I already take probiotics in the form of a pill.  I can't remember what it's called Something "8".  Mybe it's "Super 8".  It's not cheap.  I buy it from Wholefoods and it has to be kept in the fridge.    I also enjoy Kefir almost every day and yogurt too. Most days, I make a fruit smoothie for breakfast that includes both.  As far as eating healthily goes, I do eat a fairly healthy diet, in regards to eating a lot of raw veggies, fruits and salads.  Of couse, my diet isn't ideal.  I do eat some meat and dairy - just not a lot of either of them.  There are a few things I'm working on excluding from my diet, such as: carbonated beverages, flour products and sugar.  Who knows, after I do get to do the MC, I may look at my eating habits differently. 

Ideally, I would like to get to the kind of eating and healthy exercise habits that Pepe detailed in his post.  I have tried oil pulling.  It was the first thing that I tried when I discovered Curezone.  I used Olive Oil and then switched to Safflower.  I didn't do it for long, but I noticed a few benefits pretty soon after I started.  The first benefit was that my gums didn't bleed when I brushed or flossed anymore.  Then I noticed that it improved the results of brushing my teeth - they started looking whiter and my breath stayed fresh.  One other thing I noticed after about two weeks of pulling was that I used to have a little bit of dark shadowing under my eyes.  They also were a little puffy.  After pulling for a couple of weeks (I think) the darkness and puffiness had gone away.  Granted, I never had big, black bags under my eyes.  I don't think anyone else noticed really, but I looked less tired after a couple of weeks.. 

So, what I could be doing while I wait for the conclusion of the Humaworm Cleanse is:

  1. Get a good exercise program ingrained in my schedule.
  2. Continue to work on eliminating carbonated beverages, flour products and sugar.
  3. Start Oil Pulling again.
  4. Yoga???
  5. Do another Liver Flush - after the HW and before the MC.

I'm sure my list will get longer.  I am really interested in Yoga - Does anyone know of any links to some good elementary instruction/information on it?  I'm not interested in Urine Therapy, but I'm happy for those who enjoy it.  I will continue to read here at Curezone.  There is so much to learn.
